London is a city in the south of England. The name of London attempt of the Roman times. The population in the Roman times was 45,000 and now 7, 5 millions.

There are places in London with the names of important people: Victoria Street (Queen Victoria) and the important history. Trafalgar Square (Battle of Trafalgar).

The people of London are called "Cockneys". Famous Cockneys are Charlie Chaplin (actor), Arthur Conan Doyle (writer of Sherlock Holmes stories).
